Humidification services: how to get the most from your equipment

As well as being a supplier of high-performance, energy-efficient humidification equipment, Gibbons provides comprehensive lifecycle services so you’re free to concentrate on other areas of your business. Here are the six ways we help you get the very best performance and lifespan from your humidifiers.

We believe that the success of a humidification systems installation is in the planning. That’s why we offer technical advice, application support and control advice as part of our pre-purchase service. We’ll also carry out a detailed energy analysis of your air system to identify where savings can be made.

Installation and start-up

Once you’ve placed your order, our expert engineers can take care of the full installation process, including the removal of existing humidifiers. We’ll fit drip trays, install cover plates and connect your system to drainage, water and electricity. The system will be fully commissioned and integrated into your building management system, with extensive reports issued.

Order and delivery

Your bespoke Gibbons industrial humidifiers will be built to order and fully tested before leaving our factory, and our flexible manufacturing capacity means we can deliver to an agreed programme even for the largest systems. Having carried out humidifier installations across the world, we can have your equipment exactly where it needs to be, right on time.

Operation and maintenance

Looking after your humidifiers is essential if you want to enjoy the very best performance from them. We’re on hand to provide planned maintenance, with our engineers working round your schedule to ensure the minimum disruption to your business. Should your system fail, we keep an extensive stock of spare parts to allow us to provide emergency breakdown assistance and get you up and running in the shortest possible time.

Upgrade and retrofit

If you’re looking to replace an existing steam system or retrofit modern equipment into your existing set-up, enquire about our upgrade service for both hardware and software. We’ve developed energy calculators that analyse your building’s air system and determine which components may be replaced to achieve significant savings.

Technical support

Once your installation is complete, we can offer full training on safety, front-line fault diagnostics and maintenance, which can be carried out on site or at our own training facilities. Because we plan and manufacture your system in-house, you’re only ever a phone call away from expert technical advice courtesy of the product designers. In addition, you’ll be issued with a detailed O&M manual for reference.
