Cereals 2018: Complete temperature and humidity control with our new grain store system

Cereals is now just a couple of days away, and the Gibbons Agricultural Fans team has completed preparations as we look forward to showing off our high-performance grain store fans at the UK’s largest agricultural event.

The eye-catching Gibbons stand (1074) will include 0.13-2.2kW steel and aluminium crop-conditioning fans and hotspot Airspear® fans for visitors to peruse, along with the rest of our Agricultural Fans range as the event takes place on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th June.

New for 2018 is the Robydome wireless temperature and humidity control system, which enables farmers to automatically manage grain store conditions. Robust and easy to use, the system saves time and energy and helps to maintain crop quality while minimising reliance on pesticides.

The Robydome range includes:

  • AVC300 Control interface for straightforward management of both ambient and in-grain temperature and humidity.
  • LVC300 Optimises aeration via automatic differential control of fans.
  • LSW33-RE Receiver communicates with wireless probes to minimise hands-on control.
  • LSW33 Wireless temperature probes for continuous crop condition monitoring and management.

Also on display will be our new Plug&Dry™ range of grain fan accessories – a selection of easy-to-use plug-and-play add-ons including fan starters, thermostats and extension leads. That’s not to mention the Gibbons money and energy-saving grain store fan calculator, which visitors can try out for themselves.

Members of the expert Gibbons Agricultural Fans team will be on hand on both days to answer questions and talk about our complete range of electrical farm services including wiring, mains power, door controls, lighting and more.

For more information, call Agricultural Fans Manager Josie Knight on 01621 868 138 or email fans@gibbonsgroup.co.uk. In the meantime, see you at stand 1074!
